This means you can have your legal issue resolved from the comfort of your own home. We provide online services to allow us to expand our representation to all of Ontario.

You can recover up to 15% of your Claim amount in legal fees at Small Claims Court - another reason to hire a paralegal rather than a lawyer! Legal fees may also be a tax deductible. There are certain situations where the 15% cap could be increased. Please contact us for more information.

Yes! Ontario-licensed paralegals can independently represent clients in Small Claims Court, the LTB, and other tribunals. Once we have been retained, we attend all Court appearances, hearings, and communications on your behalf (exceptions apply).
